About
Clint Carlos
Clint Carlos is a leading thinker in the convergence of disruptive technologies and the human experience. In a world where algorithms and AI are predominately used to manipulate, distract, divide, and diminish the human soul, Carlos is a voice for how technology must be aimed at helping each of us become better versions of ourselves.
Carlos left law school to take his chances as a tech entrepreneur. As a Founder and Partner at Junto, he played a role in concurrently launching seven new companies including HireVue, a leading video job interviewing platform, and subsequently built and sold multiple companies including two in the HR technology space.
He spent over five years at The Gallup Organization where he became the firm's then-youngest Associate Partner with accountability for major accounts including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Waste Management, Facebook, and Google. He led innovation initiatives across the digitization of Gallup's Strengths solutions, B2B engagement analytics, and workplace and student culture in dozens of the nation's largest K-12 school districts.
In 2018 he teamed up with mentor Paul Allen (founder of Ancestry.com) to create Soar.com, an AI Venture Studio that develops technology to help humans succeed at work — through content augmentation, habit-forming tools, and decision support.
More recently, Clint joined the founding team of Atonom.ai, a fast-growing provider of Cloud Employees that serve end-to-end functional roles and integrate securely with business applications.
He attended Brigham Young University and currently resides in Mapleton, Utah with his wife Wendy and their children.
